Rather than making fieldwork the central hands-on activity, the game delegates planting and harvesting to enchanted constructs. Its farming structure becomes a mix of card-based assignments, portal investigation, moon manipulation, ritual work, and village relationships.
What is Ritual of Raven?
A story-driven farming simulation set in a world of unstable portals and shared magical traditions.
Instead of performing routine gardening directly, players collect and enchant Arcana Constructs to plow, plant, water, and harvest a magical herb garden. The story follows an apprenticeship with the witch Sage, a search for her missing Familiar, and efforts to stabilize the portals affecting the village. Activities include gathering ritual ingredients, completing a Book of Shadows, trading with local outcasts, studying moon phases, charging crystals, decorating the village and farm, fishing artifacts from portals, and using Constructs to extract and combine crystals. The game also includes character relationships, community backstories, and furniture shopping.
