What is Sharks and Minnows?
Sharks and Minnows places the player in a deserted pool facility where a routine visit becomes supernatural.
After leaving the water, the player finds the building empty, and every attempt to depart returns them to the pool. Escape depends on swimming ten circuits, but each lap consumes stamina. Items hidden around the facility can replenish it, requiring searches through side areas and secluded corners. Exhaustion is fatal, making resource gathering part of every excursion. As the player ventures farther into the isolated complex, the surroundings suggest that another presence may be nearby. Careless exploration can leave the player confined there indefinitely.
