Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a compact campaign may find the many regions and quests sprawling

- Players who do not want a paid Steam game
Our take on Sacred Gold
The focus on open exploration, combat, and equipment leaves less room for a tightly directed adventure. Its many regions, quests, character options, and collection systems favor breadth, while players seeking a short, controlled narrative may find the structure diffuse.
What is Sacred Gold?
This collection combines Sacred, Sacred Plus, and Sacred Underworld.
The action RPG unfolds in Ancaria, a fantasy realm spanning 16 regions, including forests, mountains, deserts, catacombs, and icy lands. Much of the world is accessible from the outset. Players choose among eight heroes and battle orcs, ogres, undead foes, demons, and dragons while collecting weapons, armor, and equipment sets. Character development includes Combat Arts, skills, and customizable attack combinations. The campaign features over 30 main quests, 200 sub-quests, and dynamic quests. Sacred Plus adds two regions, two main quests, equipment, weapons, and creature types. Sacred Underworld extends the story and lets existing Sacred characters be imported.

Sacred Gold compared to similar games
Sacred Gold centers on open fantasy exploration, character development, combat abilities, equipment collection, and quests. Ghost of a Tale is also an action RPG, but its description emphasizes stealth, disguises, conversations, and exploration in a medieval animal world rather than Sacred Gold's combat-and-loot focus.
