Our take on Roommates
The focus on one college year gives the game a contained structure, but it also limits the setting to a specific stage of the characters’ lives. Class, work, social, and romance choices all compete within that academic timeframe.
What is Roommates?
Roommates follows Max or Anne through the first year of college as they live with four other tenants in Latin House.
Players choose class loads and jobs, manage a schedule, raise stats, and navigate social life. Romance options vary by protagonist: Anne can pursue Dominic, Rakesh, Max, or Isabella, while Max can pursue Sally, Anne, Isabella, or Rakesh. The game presents college experiences with light comedy writing and includes an OST by Leetstreet Boys, including the main theme “Name In Lights. ” Progress centers on balancing studies, work, relationships, and the demands of reaching the second year.
