Our take on Save The World
Players looking for direct action may bounce off the central choice system, where Ekiya’s conversations with Xen and decisions about humanity determine the story’s direction. The four-ending structure also requires accepting narrative variation rather than following one fixed conclusion.
What is Save The World?
Play as Ekiya, a young woman in London whose life changes after aliens abduct her and ask about Earth’s problems.
Her answers influence Xen’s decision to kill an increasing number of wealthy people each day. Ekiya must choose how to respond: protect humanity, seek a peaceful agreement, persuade Xen to leave, or find a way to destroy the aliens. Agent Castillo of MI6 directs her toward stopping Xen, while Ekiya can also pursue wider social changes through her influence. The story includes two possible love interests, Xen and Sarah, and four different endings. Its narrative focuses on wealth inequality, moral choices, conflict with the aliens, and the consequences of Ekiya’s decisions.
