What is Railbreak?
Railbreak is an on-rails survival horror shooter set in the ruined city of Cypress Ridge.
Players choose from eight survivors, each with distinct equipment and traits, then fight through six story scenarios using a lightgun, keyboard, mouse, or gamepad. The game also includes Score Attack, Onslaught, Boss Rush, Shoutout Shootout, and the semi-procedural Glitch Gauntlet. A glitch system alters gameplay rules during runs, while special infected and boss creatures provide set-piece encounters. Story and bonus modes support optional two-player co-op across the full game. Score tracking applies to every mode, and the presentation draws on 1990s arcade shooters with gore, dismemberment, and deliberately cheesy dialogue.
