What is Radical Rex?
Radical Rex is an action game about a skateboard-riding Tyrannosaurus trying to rescue a dinosaur race from an evil creature’s spell.
Rex travels through prehistoric jungles, forests, dinosaur graveyards, underwater caverns and the interior of a giant dinosaur. Gameplay includes skating, flame attacks, jump-kicks, vine swinging and roaring attacks. The stages feature prehistoric enemies and boss fights. The game uses 16-bit graphics, fast-paced gameplay and a soundtrack described by the vendor as catchy. Its setting and obstacles combine arcade movement with attacks against creatures encountered throughout the prehistoric environments.
