I. Ant through 100 increasingly complex stages in nine themed worlds. Each stage places dominoes on linked platforms, and the puzzle is to reposition them so that one push topples the entire set and opens the way onward. The 11 domino varieties have distinct effects and are marked with red and yellow designs; G. I. Ant can transport some of them, one at a time.
Completing the chain reaction is not enough: the exit must remain reachable, so a ruined ledge, an uncovered gap, or dominoes in the doorway can block progress. G. I. Ant can be crushed or die after a long drop or by passing below the visible play area. A stage also ends in failure if one domino breaks another on landing. Stages have time limits, but the puzzle remains playable afterward, and pausing once time is up reveals a brief hint.
