Our take on The Savior's Gang
The bounce point arrives when the follower group grows: adding survivors increases the chances of getting through a stage, but also makes the crowd harder to manage. Players who already find the lethal traps demanding may hit another wall as each level adds more people to control.
What is The Savior's Gang?
The Savior's Gang casts the player as a crucified divine figure trapped between Earth and heaven.
The goal is to lead worshippers through dangerous stages while negotiating with an angry pigeon father and seeking a way out of limbo. Followers encounter hazards including falling trees, magma, unstable ice, drowning, burning, infection, crushing, and dismemberment. Each stage can add new followers to the group, increasing its size while making the crowd harder to manage. The campaign contains 17 levels across fields, mountains, caves, deserts, forests, and the gates of hell. More than 20 lethal outcomes, physics-based hazards, grotesque artwork, and a darkly humorous story shape the experience.
