Our take on Psychiatrist Simulator
This simulation departs from the genre’s usual open-ended management structure by focusing on a fixed 14-day sequence of consultations. Dialogue, diagnoses, and treatment choices replace broader practice-building systems as the main way to shape patient stories.
What is Psychiatrist Simulator?
This simulation places the player in the role of a psychiatrist for 14 days.
The schedule includes 14 patients, each with a distinct life story, and three patient visits per day, for 42 visits in total. During consultations, choices include making a diagnosis, selecting treatment, giving medication, offering supportive words, or sending a patient to a mental hospital. Dialogue choices and treatment decisions affect the course of each patient’s story. The game contains nearly five hours of possible dialogue with unique characters. Patients’ animated faces express their emotions during encounters. A separate game, Nightmare Simulator, is also mentioned for players interested in seeing Lukas Eathrabari’s nightmares.
