What is Nightmare Simulator?
Nightmare Simulator is a first-person exploration horror game in which players walk as a tormented soul through disturbing places from the subconscious.
It contains 16 nightmares, with each scenario set in a different surreal world and given its own atmosphere. Music and surreal environments create the horror, which comes from the atmosphere rather than jump scares. After waking, the player returns to a wheel of misfortune that selects another nightmare to explore. The game presents nightmares from the mind of Lukas Eathrabari and references Psychiatrist Simulator. Its opening scene includes a sequence that the vendor says must be endured for 3 minutes as a trial for the rest of the game.
