Manage a professional cycling team across the 2023 season, handling budgets, sponsors, contracts, recruitment, staff, rider schedules, training, equipment and race tactics.
Choose from 80 teams with more than 800 riders and compete in 260 races across 700 stages, including the Tour de France and La Vuelta. Tactics can respond to weather, rival attacks and race situations, while a revised ranking system updates weekly through a 52-week cycle. Pro Cyclist mode lets players create one rider, choose starting physical attributes, develop abilities through a skill tree, manage contracts and rise through team hierarchies. The mode includes redesigned training, unforeseen career events and choices concerning preparation, development and social life.
