Our take on Pool Panic
The billiards framing understates how far the game moves from pool: progression includes themed activities, enemies, bosses, and traversal across a large overworld. Local multiplayer is available, but the listed mode is limited to players sharing the same location.
What is Pool Panic?
Play as a cue ball in an intentionally unrealistic billiards game spread across a cartoon overworld with more than 100 levels.
Travel through jungles, deserts, cities, carnivals, caves, woods, and other areas while seeking out 8-balls and completing activities such as mini-golf, skiing, mountain climbing, Ferris wheel rides, and chase sequences. Some balls flee, attack, or behave differently when struck. The game includes bosses, a motorcycle gang chase, tower progression, hats, and local multiplayer for two to four players. A per-player magnetic assistance setting pulls rolling balls toward pockets, reducing the need for precise shots. Story mode supports local co-op, and additional versus rounds include motor-cycling mayhem and a last-ball-standing candle challenge.
