Our take on Pocket Oasis
The defining structure is a set of three city balconies where plant growth is tied to a day-and-night cycle and real-world weather and climate data.
What is Pocket Oasis?
Pocket Oasis is a casual gardening simulator set across three balconies in cities around the world.
Players choose from 36 plants, grow their fruit, harvest it, and make jam. Plants can be named and moved into up to 36 unlockable pots, while 36 decorations provide additional ways to arrange each balcony. Up to 20 pets can roam the spaces. A day-and-night cycle affects plant statistics, and weather and seasonal conditions draw on real-world geographical and climate data for each city. The game uses a hand-painted 2. 5D presentation, original music by Tom Jensen, and cities including locations in Switzerland, Rome, and France.
