Rather than relying on fixed stages or a conventional campaign, the game removes each completed shape and continually generates another puzzle. Its forgiving rules also replace the usual pressure of timers, limited attempts, or failure states with optional self-imposed efficiency goals.
What is Perfection.?
Perfection.
is a minimalist puzzle game built around cutting shapes so they fit within matching outlines. Each puzzle is randomly generated, providing an unlimited sequence of different challenges. There is no timer, and players can make as many cuts and undo actions as needed before completing a shape. For an added challenge, a puzzle can be cleared using as few cuts as possible. Completed shapes disappear permanently, so levels are not intended for repeated replay. The game also includes a synthesized soundtrack composed by Omni-Psyence, which is available separately on Bandcamp at no cost.
