Rather than limiting the adventure to solo play, the game pairs character-switching with local or online co-op. Partners can view each other's perspective and teleport to one another while exploring the castle, making cooperative traversal part of the platforming structure.
What is Pampas & Selene: The Maze of Demons?
This 8-bit platformer follows Pampas and Selene into Castle Mogdoss to confront a new threat.
Play alone by switching between the two characters, or team up with a friend locally or online. The castle has over 200 rooms, with secrets, enemies, and challenges to explore. Sacred shrines offer quests from Greek gods, while artifacts and more than 40 items provide different ways to approach the adventure. A Soul Gem collects souls from defeated enemies for use in attacks. The game also includes 10 evil realms with their own challenges and demons to summon and defeat. Speedrun Mode adds timers, and players can switch between modern music and 8-bit tracks.
