What is ONINAKI?
ONINAKI follows Kagachi, a Watcher tasked with guiding wandering souls called the Lost and protecting the Living World and the Beyond.
The story centers on a belief in reincarnation and the grief that can keep the dead from moving on. Battles take place in real time, with Kagachi using different Daemons and their weapons. Players can bind Daemons to him to change his skills and abilities, and choose one to suit an enemy’s traits. Kagachi can also take on Daemon-powered states that raise his attack levels. The narrative is presented through cut scenes, events, and conversations, with graphics contrasting the Living World and the Beyond.
