What is On The Road - The Truck Simulator?
On The Road – The Truck Simulator recreates Germany on a 1:10 map with about 6,000 km of motorway and 600 km of rural routes.
Its world contains 16 cities, intricate junctions, waterways, landmarks, and other points of interest. Drivers operate MAN TGX or Scania R Series trucks equipped with automatic gearboxes, retarder or intarder systems, and driver cards. Available freight equipment includes box bodies, semi-trailers, tandem trailers, bolters, and Gigaliners. The business layer lets players establish a haulage company, buy vehicles, employ drivers, take transport contracts, and arrange multi-part journeys while observing required rest periods. Trucks and trailers may be parked at spaces on company property. Steam Workshop integration enables repainting for both trucks and trailers.
