Our take on LOGistICAL
Instead of centering on battles or unit placement, this strategy game makes transport networks the puzzle: cargo, roads, industries, truck limits, and town demand shape progress. Its map-wide completion structure replaces discrete match objectives with a sequence of connected delivery problems.
What is LOGistICAL?
LOGistICAL is a strategy puzzle game about moving cargo between towns and completing locations across Australia.
The base game includes more than 1,000 towns, which can be tackled in the player’s chosen order. Deliveries may require producing goods at industries, upgrading facilities, repairing roads, and planning routes around truck size, waterways, or quarantine checkpoints. Towns consume delivered cargo, adding constraints to supply chains. Completing towns, contracts, regions, and states brings bonuses and achievements. Trucks can receive bonuses, and cargo stores can hold goods for later use. The game also includes Flinders Island as a tutorial and the Isle of Man as a smaller module. The wider LOGistICAL series uses linked save files to carry progress between modules.
How LOGistICAL plays
- 01Cargo supply chains
- Some goods must be produced at industries, which can be upgraded or built by the player.
- 02Route constraints
- Truck size, damaged roads, ferries, and quarantine checkpoints affect how cargo reaches destinations.
- 03Regional objectives
- Finishing contracts and groups of towns can grant bonuses alongside in-game and Steam achievements.
