Our take on Fata Deum - The God Sim
Rather than placing the player inside a single hero or ruling through ordinary state management, this god simulation makes direct intervention the main structure. Settlements and townsfolk respond to blessings, punishment, fear, sacrifice, and physical manipulation, turning moral choice into a central management tool.
What is Fata Deum - The God Sim?
Fata Deum is a god simulation built around settlement management, divine influence, and rivalry between competing deities.
Establish communities, gain followers, and use accumulated influence to expand a kingdom. During the day, affect townsfolk through blessings, inspiration, fear, visions, punishment, or direct physical manipulation. At night, direct construction of temples, farms, and lumber mills, or order actions against other villages. Mortals retain free will and react to divine intervention by praying, pleading, changing their behavior, or resisting. A deity can pursue prosperity and festivals, or use sacrifices, corpses, mana theft, armies, demons, and attacks such as Thunderstrike. The world changes visually with each god's influence, while challenges from the goddesses of fate provide a structured story.
