What is Global Farmer?
Global Farmer is a top-down farm management game where the farm can be placed at locations around the world using OpenStreetMap data.
Build farm infrastructure, including storage, vehicle parking, paths, and animal shelters, then purchase agricultural equipment. Crop growth responds to changing temperature, sunshine, and rainfall, as well as soil nutrients and composition. Inspect field conditions and plan crop rotations across multiple fields. Raise three types of animals, move them between pastures and sheltered areas as conditions change, and collect milk, wool, and eggs. Contracts involve delivering goods on time. A map editor lets players modify field maps based on real-world map data and share them through Steam Workshop.
