What is Noctropolis?
Noctropolis is an adult graphic adventure set in a city shaped by darkness, bloodlust, and comic-book imagery.
Players take the role of Darksheer while confronting enemies including the vampiric Succubus, Tophat the Magician, and Master Macabre. Dialogue trees provide choices, while the enhanced edition adds a remastered soundtrack, a bonus comic book, and support for modern displays. Mouse and keyboard controls can be reassigned, with scrolling used for menus and comics and number keys available for dialogue selections. The game also supports SDL 2. 0 controllers, adjustable pointer sensitivity, fullscreen or windowed display modes, filtered sound mixing, and optional texture filtering. Several original crash bugs and gameplay dead ends were removed.
