Our take on NOBUNAGA'S AMBITION: Sphere of Influence
The emphasis on conquest and historical battles leaves the administrative workload less prominent in the headline pitch. Progress also depends on domestic affairs and diplomacy, so the game covers considerably more than battlefield command alone.
What is NOBUNAGA'S AMBITION: Sphere of Influence?
Play as a daimyō during Japan’s Warring States period and pursue unification through domestic administration, diplomacy, alliances, and military campaigns.
The game includes scenarios based on historical events, including Nobunaga’s birth in 1534 and the Battle of Sekigahara in 1600. Battles use changing fields, simultaneous strategic actions, troop controls, and a corps command system for managing multiple warlords. An Alliance command lets players cooperate with other warlords. Sengoku Chronicle adds more than 500 officers to the character roster, while expanded editing options, new objects, and Imperial Diplomacy add further management choices. The game also recreates the Battle of Sekigahara as a major historical scenario.
