Our take on No King No Kingdom VR
Rather than placing the player above the battlefield as an external commander, the game puts the ruler directly into the action in first-person VR. It also combines local construction and combat with management across a global map, while allowing a co-op companion to take a support role.
What is No King No Kingdom VR?
This first-person real-time strategy game puts the player in the role of a ruler in virtual reality.
Directly command servants and units, build walls, towers, farms, and barracks, and expand across a global map by establishing villages, mines, sawmills, and plantations. The world continues running while the local battlefield and kingdom map are managed. Recruit and upgrade units, tame creatures such as golems, spiders, and snakes, and ride mounts including dragons and elephants. Battles include enemy hordes and bosses, while artifacts grant magical powers. Sandbox mode generates maps with customizable options. Local co-op assigns one player the king and the other a companion who can carry the ruler, fight, heal units, and gather resources.
