Our take on Mr. Scientist
Mr. Scientist shifts horror away from direct confrontation and toward searching and evasion. Several locks structure progress, while sight, sound, a limited escape period, and repeated captures determine whether the attempt continues.
What is Mr. Scientist?
Mr.
Scientist is a single-player horror game about escaping from a house after being taken hostage by a scientist. The main door has several types of locks, requiring a search of the large house for everything needed to escape. The scientist patrols the house and can catch the player if he sees or hears them. The escape must be completed within a couple of days. Being caught several times in a row can result in the player remaining locked in the house permanently.
