Our take on Don't Panic
The defining mechanic is the pursuers’ movement: eerie figures close the distance whenever they are outside the player’s view.
What is Don't Panic?
Don't Panic is a horror maze game with two modes.
In Paranormal Mazes, each run creates a different labyrinth across settings such as hedges, warehouses, and sewers. Statues, crash dummies, and other figures approach when they are not being watched. Players can use a flashlight, compass, glowsticks, whistles, walkie-talkies, and a melee weapon while searching for an exit. Checkpoints divide the maze into stages, and progression includes XP, character customization, and stat tracking. Midnight Carnival places the player in an open world where generators must be activated across several locations. Travel is possible by train or on foot through a spider-filled forest; after powering the generators, players retrieve the box of wonders and teleport away.
