Our take on Micro Dungeon
The limited-action structure makes each decision consequential, but it narrows play around tactical choices rather than broad exploration. Random floors and uncertain item value add variation while reducing control over each run.
What is Micro Dungeon?
Micro Dungeon is a turn-based dungeon game with roguelike and random elements.
Players act as adventurers with a limited number of actions, spending them to grow stronger while trying to survive. Floors are generated randomly, and enemies can be enabled or disabled. Each hero and enemy has a unique passive ability. Difficulty levels affect enemy intelligence. Tactical planning centers on each enemy's action points, which indicate how many actions it has and offer clues about its movement. Items vary in usefulness, but that usefulness is not known until an item is picked up. If an opportunity is missed, an enemy can open a chest and take its loot.
