Our take on Kalyzmyr
Instead of moving directly through a dungeon, each floor starts with a defense phase, followed by opportunities to improve a build or return to an earlier floor. Boss challenges also require paying Crystals, making resource use part of the route through the dungeon.
What is Kalyzmyr?
Kalyzmyr is a fast-paced action dungeon crawler starring Smyrna, a legendary warrior trapped underground.
Each floor begins with a defense phase against waves of creatures. Defeated monsters provide money and experience; leveling up improves stats and skills, while purchased equipment supports defense. Chests provide materials for leveling up equipment. Randomized boons can strengthen or weaken Smyrna. A door allows a return to the previous floor, where players can farm before confronting stronger opponents. Berserk mode lets Smyrna attack at maximum speed for its duration. Crystals can be paid to the Mushroom King to challenge the current floor’s boss for extra materials. Defeating three bosses leads to an escape from the sunless dungeon.
