What is Tower of Archeos?
Tower of Archeos blends roguelike advancement and puzzle play within an 8-bit retro world.
Attacks strike clusters of creatures that have matching types. Enemies counterattack, while cluster size does not alter the resulting damage, so bigger formations can be worthwhile targets. Fallen enemies leave gold for character upgrades. Keys provide access to doors and chests. Unlocking a door repopulates the current level and restores item charges. A sealed entrance becomes accessible after nearby creatures are defeated. Progress leads to the tenth floor, where Archeos awaits a boss fight.
