Our take on Manivore
Rather than treating death as the endpoint of an investigation, the game makes the crime scene itself part of the mystery. Photography, puzzle solving, and survival awareness replace a standard search for a single straightforward answer, while the killer’s staged scenes become central to the investigation.
What is Manivore?
Manivore begins with an investigation that leads into a dark pursuit of a killer who treats murder scenes as crafted works.
Players photograph clues at crime scenes, including evidence that may not be visible without the camera. Puzzles use surrounding clues to reveal what happened and uncover the truth. Sound and movement also matter: players must listen for signs of observation and watch where they step while trying to survive. The central antagonist is presented as intelligent, manipulative, and methodical, erasing traces and dismembering victims as part of his process. The game combines investigation, puzzle solving, evidence photography, environmental awareness, realistic graphics, and high-quality sound design.
