Our take on Mahasona
Many horror games center on a fixed cast of survivors facing computer-controlled threats. Here, one player takes the demon role against four artifact-seeking kids, making the threat another participant rather than only an environmental or scripted force.
What is Mahasona?
Mahasona is a third-person multiplayer horror game for five players.
Four players take the roles of kids who search for artifacts to reveal the location of a treasure, while the fifth plays Mahasona, a demon trying to find the kids before they reach it. Each kid has a distinct skill and passive ability; Mahasona can use Demon Vision to highlight nearby kids within a small radius. Players can host a match with friends or use the in-game server browser to find one. At the start of each match, players select characters and ready up, then Mahasona is assigned randomly. Matches run from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM in-game time, with a day-night cycle that reaches sunrise.
