Our take on Luxor HD
The main point of friction is the advancing chain: each level asks players to aim and match orbs before the spheres reach the pyramids. Anyone who struggles to track moving targets may hit that wall early, even with aim assistance available.
What is Luxor HD?
Luxor HD is a marble-shooter game set in ancient Egypt.
Colored spheres move along a chain toward the pyramids, and the player fires matching orbs from a winged shooter to remove groups of three or more. Clearing the chain advances the level. The game includes 88 levels and four modes: Practice, Adventure, Survival, and Challenge of Horus. Falling power-ups include Stop, Slow, Reverse, and Wild, while gems can be caught for bonus points and Ankh coins can be collected for extra lives. Shooter controls can be adjusted using two aim-assist options and three control systems. The game also features 25 high-definition backgrounds, music, sound effects, and special effects.
