Our take on kraken's curse
The map changes between playthroughs, while quitting or restarting also wipes the current run. That combination makes each attempt a fresh route through the archipelago rather than a saved journey.
What is kraken's curse?
This pirate roguelike sends players across an archipelago populated by skeletons to search for a giant monster.
The map is randomly generated, so its layout changes between runs. Players follow treasure maps and clues to find items, weapons, and secrets, then use ships, cannons, and rafts while exploring and fighting. The game includes at least 6 treasures and offers about 1 hour or more of play time. Keyboard controls use X to grab, Z to use an item or fire a cannon, and C to swap an item or cannon side; a controller can also be used. Progress is not saved when the game is quit or restarted.
