Play it if you…
Good fit- RPG fans who want a separate real-time strategy campaign

Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players who want one consistent genre rather than a game divided between RPG and real-time strategy sections
- Players who prefer a single progression system instead of switching between dungeon quests and strategy missions
- Players looking for turn-based combat or stealth-focused strategy
Our take on KnightShift
The bounce point arrives when the RPG section ends: players must shift from dungeon quests and character equipment to real-time strategy missions involving loyal subjects and a kingdom-wide conflict. That genre change may interrupt the experience for anyone seeking a single combat and progression system.
What is KnightShift?
KnightShift combines role-playing and real-time strategy campaigns in a dark fantasy world.
The RPG portion spans eight chapters of dungeons, quests, treasures, companions, opponents, and eight characters with individual equipment. After Gallus is freed, the strategy campaign follows efforts to return Prince John to his kingdom, with loyal subjects supporting the fight against evil across 24 missions. Separate RPG and RTS skirmish modes add more than 20 maps. The game includes over 2,000 weapons, equipment pieces, and magical items, along with multiplayer matches through LAN and EarthNET. A freely rotating camera presents the fully 3D world, while the graphics engine adjusts to the fitted hardware. The soundtrack contains more than 75 original musical pieces.
