Instead of treating brick breaking as a purely reflex-driven arcade activity, the game places it inside turn-based roguelike runs. Loadout planning, bullet properties, relics, shops, optional missions, and boss encounters replace a simple sequence of increasingly difficult stages.
What is Kill the Brickman?
Kill the Brickman combines brick breaking with turn-based roguelike runs and bullet-building.
Players choose a chapter and shooter, then assemble loadouts from weapons, clips, bullets, and relics. These items grant different abilities that can interact to form specialized builds. Battles involve firing at bricks while progressing through chapters and confronting bosses. Optional missions from an intergalactic bounty board offer additional challenges and rewards. A shop provides clips and other build options, with rerolls available when its selection does not suit the current run. Facilities can also appear during a run. Each attempt presents a new experiment in combining bullet effects, including explosions, corrosion, and multiplication.
