Elimination does not remove a player from the match entirely: they can enter the VOID and use a random sabotage power-up against the racers still competing.
What is JOLT: Super Robot Racer?
JOLT is a local multiplayer racing party game for up to four players.
Races take place in platforming levels where maintaining momentum and navigating obstacles are central to staying ahead. Players charge a JOLT across three stages, with longer charge times allowing the burst to travel farther. It can propel a robot up walls, through obstacles, and along shortcuts. Racers can also use objects in the environment to disrupt opponents. Eliminated players can enter the VOID by entering a sequence, then receive a random sabotage power-up to affect the remaining racers. The game includes multiple tracks and modes. Light Mode, for example, darkens the level and attaches a light to the leading player. Robots can be customized.
