What is Jack Move?
Jack Move is a Japanese-style RPG set in a cyberpunk world.
Players control Noa Solares, a vigilante hacker searching for her kidnapped father. He was researching digitised consciousness before Monomind took him. Battles use a turn-based system with Noa as the sole party member. Cyber Deck software lets players change her combat role between offense, defense, and buffs.
Hardware upgrades can raise stats, increase software capacity, or provide extra abilities. The journey includes cyberspace battles, dungeons, and enemies such as street punks, gangsters, corporate militia, and cyber-experiments gone wrong. Noa is accompanied by Ryder, a tactical planner, and Guin Blakely, an ex-corporate spy. The game uses hi-bit pixel art influenced by retro RPGs and has a stated campaign length of 7–10 hours.
