Our take on Interstellar Impact
The defining structure is a size-based survival loop: an asteroid consumes smaller objects, grows through stages, avoids larger hazards, and ultimately reaches a black hole.
What is Interstellar Impact?
Interstellar Impact is a single-player space survival adventure built around growth and avoidance.
Begin as an asteroid, collide with smaller objects to advance through larger stages, and eventually reach the planet stage. As the player grows, larger hazards remain dangerous, including the World Killer, whose collision ends the run. The surrounding threats change with movement and direction, giving each replay a different arrangement. The objective continues after becoming the universe’s light source: avoid larger objects until the character is drawn into a black hole. Endless Mode adds a high-score-focused structure for repeated attempts.
How Interstellar Impact plays
- 01Size-Based Progression
- Absorbing smaller asteroids advances the player from an initial asteroid toward the planet stage.
- 02Changing Threat Layouts
- Movement and direction generate different nearby hazards during each replay.
- 03Black Hole Finale
- The run continues after reaching the light-source stage, with survival ending when the player is pulled into a black hole.
- 04Endless High Scores
- A dedicated mode focuses on pursuing the largest possible score.
