What is I Am Overburdened?
I Am Overburdened is a turn-based roguelike in which an artifact hunter searches procedural dungeons for mystical relics and answers.
Each run can be played in short bursts and ends permanently on death. Progress comes from equipping artifacts rather than gaining magical power through conventional combat. The game includes 20 inventory slots and more than 100 unique artifacts, some of which grant reactive skills or other abilities. Dungeons use hand-authored layouts with procedural generation. A journal records information about monsters and artifacts, while the Hall of Fame preserves notable playthroughs. The campaign also presents a humorous story involving evil forces, puns, and jokes.
