Our take on Horse Racing Manager
Rather than treating racing as only a sequence of events, the game places ownership, breeding, staff, facilities and family succession at the center. Direct control remains available through Jockey Mode, but the broader structure follows a stable across careers and generations.
What is Horse Racing Manager?
Horse Racing Manager follows a stable from modest beginnings to international competition.
A career can begin as an unemployed manager or jockey, with ownership available immediately or after working for another stable. Buy and sell horses through auctions and private deals, then breed them using inherited traits such as speed, stamina, temperament and soundness. Prepare horses with training, feeding, rest and conditioning plans. Hire jockeys, trainers, veterinarians and other staff, while expanding specialised facilities. Races take place on varied tracks and surfaces across regional and international circuits, with progression from Not Graded events through Group 1. Races can be watched as simulations or entered through Jockey Mode. Social relationships, marriage, children and inheritance extend the stable across generations.
How Horse Racing Manager plays

- Races can run as simulations or be ridden directly, with choices about positioning, timing and pace.
- 05Generational succession

- 06Stable facilities
- Constructing and upgrading dedicated facilities influences horse preparation, development, staff effectiveness, and outcomes on race day.
