What is Higher Critters - 1v4?
Higher Critters - 1v4 is an asymmetrical multiplayer action game set in a science-fiction cartoon world.
Four human players must destroy mechs, collect randomly dropped parts, and submit them to either an ark or hot-air balloon to escape. One player controls a powerful beast who pursues the humans and prevents their departure. A barrier charges over time, while beast kills increase its charge and human part submissions reduce it.
Humans can revive at devices by supplying parts, but their death timers become shorter after each death. Human and beast characters have distinct active and passive abilities, with the beast also gaining a rage skill. Maps include interactive elements such as fans and catapults, while items provide attacks, healing, or escape options.
