What is Grizzly Valley?
Set in Western Canada, Grizzly Valley begins with a call from the protagonist’s sister asking him to visit.
The game has two parts. First, search the protagonist’s house for supplies and choose what to pack for the trip. Then, face the wilderness alone: use those items, find more supplies and vehicle parts, repair the car, and avoid a roaming grizzly bear. The tactics available depend on the starting items, and survival also depends on the player’s actions in the wilderness. The game uses survival situations described as likely to occur in real life, without supernatural elements or horror creatures.
