Our take on Gorky 17
Rather than separating adventure exploration, RPG progression, and strategy combat into distinct modes, the game places all three within one investigation. What is Gorky 17?
In November 2008, Russian forces destroy Gorky 17, a Soviet secret city.
One year later, NATO takes control of a former Russian base built on Polish soil, where diggers discover a laboratory complex in the demolished town. Deformed creatures soon appear in the deserted streets, so NATO seals the area and sends three specialists led by Cole Sullivan to investigate. The game combines exploration, interaction with a challenging world, character development, and high-level tactical combat. Multiple-choice dialogue scenes present choices that can produce unpredictable effects. The science-fiction story includes intrigue, betrayal, and romance while the team investigates the secret of Gorky 17. The presentation includes three-dimensional characters, weather effects, location-specific music, and weapon effects.
