Our take on Gigantic: Rampage Edition
The focus on 5v5 team matches makes coordination central, so the experience gives up a solo campaign and individual play as its main structure. Its three modes vary match pacing and setup, but all remain centered on team combat.
What is Gigantic: Rampage Edition?
Gigantic: Rampage Edition is a 5v5 team-based multiplayer game combining MOBA and hero-shooter elements.
Players select from 23 returning and new heroes, each with offensive and defensive abilities and an ultimate, then work with four teammates to control objectives, defeat the opposing Guardian, and protect their own. Hero loadouts can be customized, while skins and additional hero content can be unlocked through progression. Rush offers faster matches, Clash brings back the original mode’s strategic team play, and Custom matches allow map selection, friend matches, and spectating. The edition includes new heroes and maps, and supports cross-platform play between consoles and PC.
