Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a relaxed action game may hit a wall when enemies arrive rapidly and require color matching, counters, and revives.
- Players wanting a single fixed character may dislike selecting two party members and switching between them in solo play.
- Players looking for a primarily stealth, survival-crafting, or town-management game will find the focus elsewhere.
Our take on Full Metal Furies
The bounce point arrives when enemy barriers require the right colored ally and fallen teammates need reviving. Solo players must also manage the two-character switching system, while groups need to coordinate roles rather than treat co-op as parallel individual play.
What is Full Metal Furies?
Full Metal Furies is an action RPG built around cooperative combat for up to four players online or locally, with solo play supported through a system that switches between two selected party members.
Battles require matching allies to enemy barrier colors, reviving fallen teammates, and combining counters, attacks, and aerial strikes. Four classes offer distinct roles: close-range fighter, long-range sniper, shield-bearing tank, and turret-using engineer. Each class has its own skill tree, and abilities can be changed without replacing equipment. The campaign travels through ruined locations, forests, tombs, hidden dimensions, and other areas while introducing more than 70 enemy types, multi-phase Titans, secrets, and a story presented in 8 languages.
How Full Metal Furies plays

- 03Color barrier combat
- Certain enemy defenses can only be broken by an ally carrying the matching color.

- 05Enemy variety

- 06Multi-phase Titans
- Large boss encounters unfold across several combat phases.
- 07Skill-based customization
- Class abilities can be altered independently of equipment, including changes to attacks and battlefield tools.
Full Metal Furies compared to similar games
Dungeon Defenders: Awakened also combines cooperative action RPG play with character development, but adds tower defense, loot, pets, and customization. Full Metal Furies instead centers on coordinated combat, class-specific barriers, revives, counters, and switching between two characters in solo play.
