Our take on Fallen Knight
The two-character structure offers different combat approaches and story routes, but Galahad’s single-life rules make failure costly. Lancelot’s path allows choices that shape the ending, while the alternate route trades that emphasis for a run that restarts at the first stage.
What is Fallen Knight?
Fallen Knight is a futuristic side-scrolling action platformer in which players take the role of Lancelot or Galahad, descendants of the knights of King Arthur’s tales.
Both follow a story about protecting Neo Utopia and information targeted by the Purge. Lancelot can parry and disarm enemies, with choices about killing or showing mercy shaping the story’s endings. Galahad uses assassination and follows an alternate route. His campaign uses roguelike rules: a failed run sends players back to the first stage, and he has one life. The game combines platforming with fast sword combat and boss encounters, with each boss presenting a separate challenge.
