Our take on Earth 2160
Base construction defines the experience: one party forms a large building from smaller parts, while another stacks structures and can move them to a new location. The game applies these different construction concepts across its playable parties.
What is Earth 2160?
Set in 2160, the game follows four playable factions with distinct technologies and abilities as they vie to survive after Earth’s destruction.
Each faction has at least 14 buildings and at least 14 units. Their bases work differently: the Eurasian Dynasty assembles one large structure from changeable components, while Lunar Corporation builds upward and can relocate its structures. Play four single-player campaigns, each with 7 missions, or skirmish across 10 maps. Four multiplayer modes also use 10 maps, with matches for as many as 8 players. Terrain is realistic, sculptable, and varied in texture. Twelve virtual agents have special abilities. An EarthC programming SDK is included for mod teams, along with the Superstorm, Platinum, and Titanium Map Packs.
