Our take on DYSPLACED
Rather than separating fantasy combat from survival crafting, the game treats modern firearms, mines, and grenades as mysterious artifacts within its medieval setting. Its world also turns environmental destruction into a core resource-gathering activity, replacing scenery as static backdrop with material to harvest.
What is DYSPLACED?
DYSPLACED is a survival action role-playing game viewed from above, taking place in a fantasy land where contemporary items pass through fractures in reality.
Players become a Guardian called to oppose the corruption spreading across the region. Activities include collecting materials, tracking animals, cultivating plants, angling, pursuing quests, and locating hidden valuables. Much of the environment can be demolished, from trees and barrels to homes and agricultural machinery. Recovered guns, grenades, mines, and shotguns can be used alongside crafted weapons, protective gear, and tools. Players can prepare potions and food, establish camps, outposts, homes, workbenches, forges, and teleporters, then confront the Eternals. Solo play and online or local co-op are supported.
