Our take on Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara
The package presents two reworked arcade games alongside added challenges, unlockables, leaderboards, and usage statistics. These systems expand the surrounding structure, but the main activity remains class selection followed by melee, ranged, and magic combat against mythical creatures.
What is Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara?
This package combines reworkings of Capcom’s Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom and Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara.
Players select a character class and battle mythical creatures using melee, ranged, and magic attacks. Online co-op supports up to four players, with drop-in and drop-out play during an ongoing game. The original arcade modes can be modified with House Rules, including infinite equipment durability and a timed mode that adds seconds when enemies are defeated. A Challenge System adds tasks, levels, and Vault Coins, which can be used to obtain unlockables in the Vault. Character-use statistics, gameplay statistics, and leaderboards provide tracking tools for players and friends.
