Our take on Dungeon Wizards
The bounce point comes when tile matching is tied to attribute spending, spell use, relic bonuses, and survival. Players looking for a straightforward puzzle loop may hit a wall once dungeon choices require managing several progression systems at once.
What is Dungeon Wizards?
Dungeon Wizards combines match-3 gameplay with rogue-lite and role-playing elements.
Players choose from 8 classes, explore a dungeon, and match attack tiles with enemy or boss tiles to defeat foes and gain experience. Attribute points can be assigned to develop the wizard. Rune tiles unlock spells from the fire, water, and earth categories; these spells can weaken opponents, strengthen the wizard, or alter the playing field. Coin tiles unlock relics that grant passive bonuses, such as extra experience each round or an attribute increase after casting a spell. The game includes 3 difficulty levels, 21 bosses, 45 relics, 30 spells, a challenge mode with special rules, rankings, statistics, achievements, and progression that unlocks class skills, relics, and spells.
